Our Team...

Sandy Kendall's former experience as a mortgage loan officer and real estate broker gives her first—hand experience in knowing what you go through every day...from working with your customers—to understanding and working with underwriters! It's her personal goal to offer you the type of appraisal company and relationship she wishes she'd had when she was a loan officer and Realtor—simply, people you can count on to be there whenever you need them...to help you do whatever it takes to build and maintain your valuable client business. When you entrust us with an appraisal, that should be the last thought you give it...being assured that we will do our job so you can spend 100% of your time on yours!

Bob Kendall's extensive commercial and residential construction background also gives us a wealth of knowledge and construction experience very few other appraisers possess (Sandy also sold new construction); so we understand your builders' very intricate needs as well. Some of our appraisers are former Realtors, so we can also relate to their critical priorities and concerns.

There are 20 of us...large enough to serve your every residential appraisal need in 9+ Metro counties, but small enough to give you exceptional personal service! We cover the entire Metro area—plus!
